I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Brooklyn College.  Before this chapter of my life, I was a professional actor and artist for the better part of a decade. In our therapeutic work together, I will utilize my creativity to help inspire yours. My approach to counseling is collaborative and person-centered, based on feminist and anti-racist ideologies. I also specialize in body acceptance and positivity as a fat liberationist. To best summarize my counseling approach, I turn to Irvin Yalom who said, "psychotherapy is not a substitute for life, but a dress rehearsal for life."
