I'm a graduate of Northwestern University, and for 10 years prior, my career was focused on social justice communications. These experiences have led me to view the world from a feminist and decolonial lens. Ideally, the therapeutic process is a collaborative one. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, which means establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is a critical element of my practice. I often utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) techniques, but my goal is to find the tools that work best for you. I have experience working with chronic illness, identity exploration, neurodivergence, anxiety disorders, and borderline personality disorder. Therapy is an adventure. I’m eager to help my clients explore it to its fullest.
