Too often, our emotional reactions to oppressive systems are pathologized as something to “fix,” when really these systems were not made to support us. I believe in supporting you through feeling and exploring difficult emotions, unraveling harmful narratives, and introspecting with curiosity and tenderness. My approach aims to be trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational in nature. I want to co-create a safe and accountable space where we can collaboratively explore what’s coming up for you and find pathways to move you out of patterns that are keeping you feeling stuck, and into a life that feels more aligned. My therapeutic style is informed by attachment, internal family systems, and psychodynamic modalities. I work with folks of all identities and backgrounds, and am particularly passionate about working with queer, BIPOC, and/or neurodiverse clients.
