I believe in cultivating a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where we can explore the challenges you face. It is my hope that clients will be able to use the safety of this relationship to learn how to approach these challenges with courage and curiosity. I have experience working with adolescents and adults facing many concerns, with an emphasis on trauma, identity exploration, anxiety/panic, and grief. My collaborative style is rooted in psychodynamic, humanistic, and culturally-centered therapies, with the client’s journey and values at the center of our work together.
